Dear future guests, we would like to inform you that, upon check-in, all communications and instructions to access our B&B, including access codes, will be sent via WhatsApp. We will ask you to respond by providing the identification documents of all guests and an estimated arrival time to ensure optimal reception.
Please note that our Guest House does not provide breakfast service. However, we offer a kit for making tea and coffee, as well as some packaged snacks for a convenient self-service. The facility is not equipped for cooking.
Our B&B is located in a quiet and panoramic area in the heart of Modena, close to the Central Station, making it the ideal starting point to explore the city and its cultural offerings.
